| | Run_Walk: The 4Kay Run |  | Join in the battle against women's cancers by taking part in the third annual 4Kay Run on Saturday, April 3 through downtown San Antonio. Race day registration will take place from 7 to 7:45 a.m., with the run beginning at 8 a.m. The online pre-registration cost for participating is $20, with the cost $25 on race day. The 4Kay Run is held in honor of former North Carolina State University head women's basketball coach Kay Yow, who in 2009 lost her battle to the disease. Proceeds benefit cancer research through the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund. Walkers are also encouraged to participate, with the first 1,000 registrants receiving a 4Kay Run t-shirt. Submitted by: estout
